Soken Engineering HS55 heat sealing machine

The Soken HS55 is capable of producing up to 2,800 sealed packs per hour, the highest volume produced across Soken’s range of heat sealing machines. This makes the model ideal for medium to large ready meal and convenience food producers. Offering maximum versatility in tooling options, the HS55 is suitable for ready meals, fresh foods, salad trays, convenience foods, sandwich packs and many other packaging types.

Soken’s new heat sealer offers consistent and reliable sealing with zero film waste during production, minimising environmental impact. Whilst the automatic and manual modes, and interchangeable tooling options, allow for full configuration and flexibility to suit production needs.

Richard Little, Managing Director at Soken Engineering, says “Our new HS55 model is a game-changer for medium to large businesses. Its speed, flexibility, and zero-waste design make it the ideal solution for businesses that want to cost effectively scale their production lines. We are excited to showcase this new machine alongside our existing products at Foodex.”

Soken Engineering caters to a range of users, from SMEs and start-ups looking for bespoke packaging solutions to high-volume users requiring large-scale production heat sealers. The flexible but compact film and cardboard sealers, like the HS25FC, are perfect for those short on space. While the rapid action, twin head delivery sealing system like the HS60C, is made for manufacturers with large contracts. All expertly manufactured in the UK and designed to last.
